Our payment programs include 12-month budgets, locked-in price plans, and a ten cent (.10) discount per gallon for prompt payment.


 

 



 

PLAN A (Billed after work is done)  ANNUAL TUNE-UP

(A thorough tune-up of your oil burner and cleaning of your furnace, including these services):

  • Test and regulate all oil burner controls
  • Lubricate motor bearings
  • Clean and check oil burner filters and strainers
  • Inspect oil tanks, lines and connections
  • Clean and regulate fuel pump
  • Seal air leaks around furnace doors and base
  • Clean nozzle assembly
  • Regulate oil burner for operating efficiency
  • Check and adjust ignition system. and economy
  • Vacuum clean furnace and smoke pipe to base of chimney, as required

    YEAR ROUND MAINTENANCE (with Parts Repair or Replacement):

    This Plan includes a yearly oil burner tune-up as outlined in Plan A above     PLUS  parts routinely added at that time (such as nozzles, strainers or filters). It also covers the cost of labor and replacement or repair of the parts listed.
